TUAN HJ. A.F.M. SHAFIQUL HAFIZ

Managing Director
A.F.M Shafiqul Hafiz, aged 61, a Bangladeshi and Malaysian Permanent
Resident, was appointed to the Board and as Managing Director of JLand
since 1 May 1988. Mr Shafiqul graduated with a Bachelor of Science
Degree majoring in Civil Engineering from East Pakistan University of
Engineering and Technology, Dhaka in 1967. He also holds a Master of
Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Middle East Technical
University of Ankara, Turkey which he obtained in 1971. He is also
registered with the Institute of Engineers, Australia, as a Chartered
Professional Engineer. In 1992, he attended a Senior Management Program
on Public Enterprise at Harvard, USA.
He has been a National Council Member of International Real Estate
Federation (FIABCI) Malaysian Chapter since 2000. He has also been
elected as Vice President by FIABCI International for its Asia Pacific
Regional Committee for the term 2007 till 2009.
He began his career as an Engineer in Dhaka, East Pakistan in 1968. His
career in Malaysia dates back to 1974 when he joined Public Works
Department of Malaysia as a Project Engineer. Later he joined Johor
Corporation in 1983 and has held various positions within the Group
before being appointed as the Managing Director of JLand in 1988 and as
the Chief Executive of the Property Development Division of Johor
Corporation since 1991. In addition, he is the Chairman of Hotel Selesa
Sdn Bhd (PG), Hotel Selesa (JB) Sdn Bhd, Sibu Island Resorts Sdn Bhd and
TPM Technopark Sdn Bhd. Besides that, he is the Deputy Chairman of
Puteri Hotels Sdn Bhd and also Chairman and Director of several other
companies within the Johor Corporation Group.

Hajjah Mariana Binti Sidi,
graduated with a Bachelor
Degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance in 1986 from
Duquesne University, Pittsburgh United States of America.
She joined Johor Corporation as an Account Officer in 1988 and was
transferred to JLand in 1991, and was subsequently promoted to Finance
Manager in 1994. She was made a Group Financial Controller of JLand in
1995 and responsible for the financial management of the Company and the
subsidiaries until the year 1998, she held the position as a General
Manager. On 1st January 2007 she was promoted to her current position
as Senior General Manager (Finance). She holds directorship of Johor Land Manufacturing Sdn Bhd,
Johor Land (H) Sdn Bhd and Johor Silica Industries Sdn Bhd

MOHD RAZIF BIN AB.RAHIM

Mohd. Razif Bin Ab. Rahim,
graduated from the University of Missouri, Columbia, in the United
States of America with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Civil
Engineering in 1984. He is a member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia
since 1985.
Upon graduation, he joined Johor Corporation as a Civil Engineer in
Project Implementation Department and in 1990 he was transferred to
JLand holding the same position. In July 2002, he was promoted to his
current position and is currently responsible for the planning,
management and implementation of approved projects located in Tebrau area. He is a Director of Advance Development Sdn Bhd.

SHEIKH BAHNAN SHEIKH BAKIR

Sheikh Bahnan bin Sheikh Bakir,
graduated from the University of New Castle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science majoring in Civil
Engineering in 1981.
Upon graduation, he joined Johor Corporation as a Civil Engineer in
Project Implementation Department and in 1989 he was transferred to JLand holding the same position. In Jan
1993, he was promoted as a Manager and responsible for the planning,
management and implementation of approved projects located in Pasir
Gudang area. Later in 1994, he sits as a Senior Manager until January
1998 he was promoted as a Acting Deputy Manager . To date, he holds
the current position as a Deputy General Manager. He is also a Director
of Syarikat Pembinaan Prefab Sdn Bhd since 2004.

Deputy General Manager (Marketing)
Seth
Jamaluddin,
graduated from
Universiti Sains Malaysia with a Bachelor of Management (Marketing) in
1988. He joined Johor Corporation in the same year as an Officer in the
Property Management Division and in 1989 he was transferred to JLand in
charged of Marketing and Sales Department. He was promoted to the
position of Deputy Manager and Manager in January 1994 and 1995
respectively.
In
February 2003, he was in charged of Administration and Human Resource
Department and now he was promoted to his current position in January 2006. He
is also a Director to Johor Silica Industries Sdn Bhd

HIZAM BIN ABDUL RAUF

Deputy General Manager (Sales & Documentation)
Mohd Hizam Abdul Rauf,
holds a Diploma in Business Studies from Universiti Teknologi Mara in
Shah Alam which he obtained in 1981 and also holds a Bachelor of Science
Degree majoring in Finance from the Southern Illinois University, USA in
1986.
Prior to joining JLand as a Senior Planning Executive in 1993, he was a Branch Manager of
Malaysia Credit Finance. He was promoted to Manager of JLand in 1996 and
had since served in various departments until promoted as a Senior
Manager in January 2001 in the Marketing and Sales Department. He is currently responsible for Sales & Documentation Division. He is also a
Director of Advance Development Sdn Bhd.

BINTI AHMAD

Deputy General Manager (Managing Director's Office)
Norfazahah Ahmad,
graduated from
University of Westminster, London, UK with a Bachelor Sc. (Hons) in
Urban Estate Management in 1988. She
also holds a Master of Business Admin from Henley Management College, London
in 2006.
She
worked at Henwood Davies & Partner
in London
as a Graduate Surveyor in the year
1988.
In 1991, she served for Jones Lang Wootton as Consultant
Executive. Later she joined Advance Development in the year 1993 as a
Business Development Executive and in 1998 she was transferred to JLand in
charged of Planning Department. She was promoted to the
position of Deputy Manager and Manager in January 1998 and 2003
respectively.
In
January 2004, she was in charged of Managing Director Office Department
and now she was promoted to her current position in January 2007. She is
also a
Director of Advance Development Sdn Bhd.

FADZILAH BINTI MOHD OTHMAN

Hajjah Fadzilah binti Mohd Othman,
graduated from California State University Dominguez Hill, USA with a
Bachelor in Business Admin (Production & Operation Management)
in 1989.
She
also holds a Master of Business Admin from University of Strathclyde,
United Kingdom in 1995.
She joined Johor Corporation in the year of 1990 as an Exec. Trainee and
1992 she was transferred to JLand as a Admin Officer. She was promoted
to the positions of
Senior
Executive
in January 1999 and January 2006 she respectively was promoted to a new
position as a Manager and responsible for Human Resource /
Administration Department.
Until
now, she is a Director of JKiNG, the subsidiary of Johor
Corporation Group

YUNUS BIN MD SEH

Mohd
Yunus Md Seh, graduated from the Idaho State University, USA in
1986 with a Bachelor in Business Admin
and Master in Business Admin from Northrop University, USA in 1988.
He commenced his career in 1989 as Executive Trainee with Jcorp and at
the same time he was promoted as an Admin Officer in 1991. In 1993 he joined Johor Land Berhad
as Planning Officer and served as Senior Executive in 1995
He
was promoted to his current position in January 2006 responsible for
Corporate Department. He is also Director of Procomm Communication Sdn
Bhd since
16 October 2002.
